Skills

The following is a selection of my creative skills. As a multi disciplined creative I have worked across many design areas and have a good understanding of Illustration, Graphic Design & Production, able to lend my creative skills to many areas.

Illustration

Illustration is my core, I have always loved to draw. I create illustrations in many different types of media, from fine liner to acrylic paint to photoshop and vector. My illustrations have been internationally published and are applied to everything from packaging to product. I have been fortunate to have a successful Illustration career and I am always looking forward to my next project.

Creative Direction

Alobel was an incredible project to be part of. I was the creative direction for an exciting new baby brand, in charge of Illustration, Graphic Design, Photographic Direction, and Product Development. A good example of how my creative skills work across many areas and make a vision for a brand come to life.

Product Design

Product design covers a couple of areas in particular that I have enjoyed working in. Firstly outside dinnerware design, where I was in charge of all creative aspects of the product, from concept, artwork and shape design to finish. It has been a rewarding category to work, seeing the ranges come to life both instore and seeing the products used at Summer BBQ's.

Ladies lunch bag design is another area I have enjoyed, it has has allowed me to create many different patterns for consumers worldwide. Inspired by trend forecasting to create products and designs that are fashionable.

Typography

Typography has always been important to me, as a Graphic Designer it is key. I use it to create innovative logos that build recognition, whilst using hand drawn typography to engage the audience in a modern and fun way. I studied Typography at St.Martins University in London and enjoyed the technical side as well as the creative.
